Testimonials

“I left this morning and drove for over 12.5 hours round trip to take a income cap seminar from Mr. George Cox, MAI, SRA. It was worth THE EFFORT AND DRIVE- best seminar I have been to in decades."

The Appraisal Academy

"Having attended his recently concluded seminar title “An Overview & Analysis of The Appraisal of Real Estate” I would rank Mr. Cox ahead of all the other instructors that I have had in the past. And that includes instructors from The Institute, NAIFA, McKissock, Appraisal Academy, and others. Hell, his history lesson on Frederick Babcock alone is worth the price of the course. The bottom line, when the course concluded I felt as though I got my moneys worth of knowledge."

"Having recently attended Basic Appraisal Procedures with George Cox, I was impressed by how passionate for and knowledgeable of the Appraisal Process Mr. Cox is.  He has simply “Been there and done that” and that experience is priceless.  His eagerness to share that experience to challenge those around him to become better students of the Appraisal process is refreshing.  With the practice of Appraisal becoming more of a “cookie cutter” approach to value, Mr. Cox challenges you to go back to the fundamentals and to advocate for higher standards in the profession.  Not only did I feel the course met the objectives but I also thoroughly enjoyed his teaching style.  I look forward to attending another of his courses."
