Assignments have taken us to several states in the southeast, Midwest, and southwest.  Assignments vary greatly in property type and the property rights to be valued. Our experience has included property in KY, IN, IL, NM, TX, MS, FL, SC, NC, VA and TN. Property types varied from “gob piles” in Virginias to retail shopping malls in Hilton Head South Carolina, and Tupelo, Mississippi, abandoned railroads in Illinois, motels in Texas and North Carolina.
